Nicholas, the proprietor is one of the easiest people to work with. He was attentive to what I wanted with my master bathroom remodel and was able to bring it to reality.

The first contractor I hired could not continue with the job; however, Nicholas was able to bring it to completion. Tiling, plumbing, electric, installation of cabinets and the toilet, as well as other jobs were fulfilled.

His employees were professional and hard-working. My first and main concern was to get the shower functioning due to my disabled mom and that was accomplished.

We had a fantastic experience working with Nick from Oneoff Contractors, on our bathroom renovation. From start to finish, they were incredibly responsible and professional. They paid close attention to every detail, ensuring that the work was not only beautifully done but also of the highest quality.

One of the things we appreciated most was that they were very communicative, always available to answer our questions and explain the process clearly. They also kept the work area very clean and tidy throughout the project. His team was on every detail and very responsible.

Fantastic Job purchasing and installing New Windows and Doors for a Manufactured home. Another Company wanted more money for Windows so thick (deep) that they were clearly made for a stick built home, and they ran when they saw one Window needed some wood replacement.

Nick, Dan and company came in lower priced and with the correct materials; nothing phases these guys, their just good.

They wouldn't leave until they were positive we were satisfied. They are experienced in all phases of home remodeling. I highly recommend this company and even if you have a bid from another company you like, I would advise you check out this company before proceeding with your next project.

One Off llc will be my first call for future projects I need completed around here.

My wife is picky and they completed the jobs to her satisfaction! Thanks for making my life a little easier gentleman.
